Applications for funding fom Manchester City Council were recently submitted, these were for Club Development, Coaching & Performance development, if our bids are succesful BC have given a indication that money matching could be sought, a few riders have applied for development grants (personal) and sponsorship is being sought, we have a few interested parties but nothing firm, ( ANYONE OUT THERE WHO WANTS TO INVEST/DONATE?) please contact us for a development plan its good for your TAX RELIEF!. |

Thanks go out to guys who are taking on coaching roles Mark Barry and myself (Sportcity/Eastlands Funded), Ian Bury, Paul Andrews ( independant funding) are currentley doing BC Level 2. Juniors Sam Pedder and Joe Martin (BC Funded) are doing Level 1 inview of Level 2 at the age of 18yrs. Its good see people wanting to assist others especially Joe and Sam who have a full race programme and college studies to accomodate as well. Good Luck Guys |

I am pleased to inform you we have the privilage of having Mark Barry former Track sprint champion & Olympian joining us inview of taking on a coaching and mentoring role, having guys like Mark onboard is a massive boost, he has gained a vast amount of knowledge and expertise gained through years of top level competition which he is willing to share.

We have several ladies riding this year it would be good if we can co-ordinate events to ride, Tegan as given me her programme so I will email all concerned with dates, I would like to seek a ladies specific sponsor so if you have any suggestions email me, (I am sure the guys will have some suggestions so please don't bother! ) |

Would all riders look towards planning your seasons events in whichever areas you are wishing to compete and let either Tim or I know, we will then be able to find out whos doing what where and when, we can do specific targeting of events so we can get teams entered ie IOM, GHS champs, Horwich carnival, 4up TTT, specific M&DTTA events plus the obvious National Champs Road & Track, I would also like riders to start organising yourselves checkout what your mates are riding try and book together, also we need to know on a regular basis what you have achieved then we can publicise whats gone on, THE WEBSITE IS USELESS UNLESS WE GET FEEDBACK FROM YOU! |
